Who is responsible

What the consultancy enquiry form collects
When you send a consultancy enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, company or organisation, the information you provide about what is happening, any optional help type selections, any optional timing selection, the source page and the submitted time.
The form also records limited technical information needed to protect the form and diagnose delivery problems, including browser user agent and a hashed version of the request IP address. The raw IP address is not stored in the enquiry database by this implementation.
How the information is used
The information submitted through the enquiry form is used only to review your enquiry, decide whether Matthew can help and respond directly. It is not used for newsletter signup, advertising, automated profiling or website analytics.
Website analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregate information about how the site is used and how its pages perform. This can include page views, visits, page paths, referring websites, broad country-level location, browser and device type, and page-load performance.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set or read cookies, use local storage or session storage, fingerprint visitors, or create profiles that follow people across websites. Cloudflare receives a source IP address as part of normal request handling, discards it at the nearest Cloudflare data centre and does not store it in its core analytics databases or logs.
The analytics information is used only to understand aggregate use and improve this website. It is not used for advertising, individual-level monitoring or decisions about visitors. You can prevent the analytics script from loading by using a browser or content-blocking setting that blocks cloudflareinsights.com.
Where it is processed
The enquiry form posts to a Cloudflare Worker served from the Many Riches Cloudflare domain at www.manyriches.games. Enquiries are logged in Cloudflare D1 so there is a server-side record of what was sent. The form does not send an immediate notification email or automatic acknowledgement.
Cloudflare processes and stores the enquiry database in its EU D1 jurisdiction. A local scheduled Codex task checks the D1 database daily and notifies Matthew when new submissions have been recorded.
How long it is kept
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to review and respond to the enquiry and maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence. No automatic deletion period is configured in this implementation.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of information held about you, ask for incorrect information to be corrected or ask for enquiry information to be deleted by emailing [email protected].
If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
